Stefan Andreasen

Stefan Andreasen is an entrepreneur with more than 20 years experience in software innovation using cutting-edge Java and visual programming methods. In 1998, he started Kapow which quickly became one of the largest web marketplaces in Europe. In 2001, he sold the marketplace to the largest bank in Denmark and reincorporated Kapow Technologies as the market leader in web data services. Today, more than 350 companies including leading Web2.0 companies are using Kapow Technologies’ solutions as a platform for accessing web-based data into the business applications, such as Enterprise Mashups, BI Dashboard, Buzz Monitoring, Anti Piracy, Content Migration, Partner Integration and Mobile Applications. Prior to Kapow Technologies, Stefan was an systems architect with Advanced Visual Systems and head of research with Uniras. Stefan is also a frequent speaker at key industry events.
